About the role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Technical Sales Specialists for an international cloud technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals with a technical background who are passionate about cloud technologies, digital transformation, and helping businesses achieve their goals. You’ll work closely with business customers to understand their needs, recommend innovative cloud solutions, and drive long-term adoption through a consultative sales approach.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with business customers across your assigned market
• Identify new business opportunities and guide customers through the full sales cycle
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend appropriate cloud and digital solutions
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting through CRM tools
• Collaborate with technical specialists and cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
• Drive customer adoption and long-term engagement with cloud technologies
• Meet individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in cloud computing, AI, data, and digital transformation

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage)
• Previous experience in technical sales, customer success, cloud advisory, or business development
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS, infrastructure, AI, data platforms, or software development
• Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a target-based environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
