A strategic partnership role focused on coordinating with healthcare systems to improve patient access to medicines and build value-aligned solutions. The position bridges company priorities with external institutional needs through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven account management.
Responsibilities
- Define partnership strategy and account matrix for assigned healthcare system network
- Execute individualized account planning aligned with business unit priorities
- Identify, develop, and implement cross-functional projects benefiting healthcare systems
- Manage patient access pathways for assigned medicines through relevant funding circuits
- Build and maintain relationships with external healthcare institutions and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- Knowledge of health system context, funding mechanisms, and decision-making circuits
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
- Data literacy with ability to translate KPIs into strategic insights and solutions
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities with flexible resource allocation
- Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical business practices
