French Speaking Customer Support Representative (on-site)

In this position, you will serve as a key business representative, guiding client accounts, managing platform inquiries, and maintaining long-term corporate relationships. To prepare you for the specific requirements of this project, we provide comprehensive, fully paid training upon hiring—meaning prior specialized experience in financial technology is not required. Applicants must possess fluent written and spoken French (C1 level or higher) to interface directly with clients, as well as a B2 level in English to navigate internal project software and work alongside international team members.

Main Operational Tasks

• Consult & Guide: Offer prompt, expert assistance to commercial clients through phone calls, email correspondence, and real-time web chats regarding digital payment solutions.
  
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software glitches, transactional errors, account access restrictions, and administrative user issues.
  
• Simplify Complex Concepts: Translate dense financial, procedural, and technical details into clear, easy-to-understand French for corporate account holders.
  
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal tier-two technical teams to escalate, track, and finalize resolution on complex inquiries.
  
• System Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date interaction records and ticket summaries in both French and English across our internal databases.

• Base Salary: €930 paid over 14 monthly disbursements per year (incorporating mandatory summer and Christmas bonus pay).
