Test Manager (Insurance Sector)

About Responsibilities At KLx, you'll join our Testing perimeter supporting part of the Life Insurance scope for our partner, Crédit Agricole Group. Working in a collaborative model, the team ensures the proper execution, coordination, and quality validation of non‐regression tests and functional test cycles. We're looking for a Test Manager who will lead the end‐to‐end test strategy, oversee planning and execution, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the adoption of robust testing practices across the organization. The Test Manager is responsible for: Establish and steer the test strategy for the project, program, and release; Define, document, and manage a common repository of test methods and processes (Enterprise Test Policy, etc.); Provide guidance, expertise, and training; Promote a strong "Testing culture" within the Transformation Department; Ensure methodological monitoring and continuous improvement; Coordinate the scoping phase. About you! Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager ; Strong ability to define and drive test strategy, across projects, programs, and release cycles. Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and experience maintaining enterprise‐level test processes and documentation. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders both technical and functional. Ability to promote a strong testing culture within transformation or delivery environments. Methodological awareness and continuous improvement mindset staying up to date with best practices. Fluent in French and English.
