The role

CloserHire is partnering with a leading provider of digital healthcare solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor for their offices in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting healthcare professionals, ensuring they are confident and successful in using the company’s software and services. Day to day that means guide and support healthcare professionals by phone, responding to incoming queries and making proactive follow-up calls, deliver remote training sessions to ensure users feel confident navigating the platform, handle requests received via email and ticketing systems, ensuring fast and accurate resolution, advise customers on product features and usage, resolving doubts and helping them make the most of the software, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback on recurring issues, maintain clear documentation of client interactions in internal systems, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer insights with the relevant teams.

What you need

• Eligible to work in Portugal
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and software quickly
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
• Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable with providing phone-based training and guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or tech support role is preferred
