Role Overview
Are you a Danish speaker looking for a remote position in Portugal? Join our customer experience team supporting a world-renowned global brand! Deliver premium multi-channel support to Danish customers while enjoying a great work-life balance with free weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with Danish customers across multiple channels: voice, email, and live chat.
- Deliver exceptional service standards that mirror the quality and reliability of the brand.
- Maintain precise CRM records and ensure swift follow-up on customer requests.
- Proactively identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with supervisors.
- Enhance brand retention by turning every inquiry into a positive customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Native or C2-level proficiency in Danish.
- Existing residence in Portugal with valid legal authorization to work.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort working across digital communication tools.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and collaborative teamwork.
- Availability to work rotational weekday shifts (07:00 – 19:00).
