About the Role
We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team supporting online orders and customer inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers throughout their online shopping journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement to delivery and post-purchase support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with online orders and account-related inquiries.
- Manage delivery tracking, shipping investigations, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
- Handle payment-related questions and order updates.
- Provide support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Review and process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and business information.
- Follow all data protection and security guidelines.
- Work closely with logistics partners, financial institutions, and internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-focused culture.
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish (written and spoken).
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Minimum 6 months of customer service, customer support, administrative, or related experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems, back-office tools, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Training
Comprehensive paid training will be provided in English before starting the role. Training includes product knowledge, customer service techniques, internal systems, and practical on-the-job learning to ensure your success.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts
- Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
- Operating hours between 07:00 and 24:00
