Junior Transfer Settlement Officer

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Transfer Settlement Officer to join a dynamic financial services environment and support the end-to-end settlement process of syndicated loan transactions. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth trade execution, accurate documentation management, and efficient settlement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are detail-oriented, eager to develop their financial operations expertise, and motivated to build a career in an international and fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Monitor new trades daily and update internal status.

• Obtain relevant buyer documents to onboard the investor and record it internally.

• Review the trade legal contract and propose a settlement date.

• Process the trade in the systems and connect with back-office to monitor payment.

• Manage Q&A with internal and external counterparties.

Your Key Skills

• Trade Settlement and Financial Operations.

• Documentation Review and Analysis.

• Stakeholder Management and Communication.

Your Main Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Interest in financial markets, banking operations, and syndicated loan products.

• Knowledge of interest calculation principles.

• Ability to understand legal terminology and syndicated loan contracts.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
