Salary & Benefits

1500 x 14 salary
Relocation from outside Portugal:
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months
- Monthly rent 280 all utilities included (deducted directly from payslip)
Remote work model (must be based in mainland Portugal)
Monday to Friday: 08:00/17:00

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and feel comfortable recommending additional or alternative options when relevant. Any level of sales experience is welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
Provide professional guidance on cruise packages and destinations
When appropriate offer package upgrades or alternative options
Deliver pre-booking and post-booking customer support
Assist travel agencies with booking management
Inform customers about documentation prices ships destinations and related topics

Ideal Candidate Profile

Any background in sales (retail call centre tourism e-commerce etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
Comfortable using digital tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks
