What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone), accurately updating CRM systems with relevant details.
Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically.
Enhance customer retention and loyalty by delivering effective resolutions and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeaner, fostering trust and satisfaction in all customer communications.
Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.
Provide actionable feedback on recurring customer issues and proactively suggest areas for process improvement.
