What will you do?

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Actively participate in the migration of existing applications from Vue.js to React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to deployment and ongoing support.
• Apply best practices in software development, including code reviews, comprehensive testing, and clear documentation.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:

• Solid experience (5+ years) in Fullstack development with Java and its ecosystem.
• Proficient experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js, with Angular also being a valuable alternative.
• Demonstrated experience in application migration projects between different frontend technologies.
• Excellent command of English, equivalent to a B2 level or higher, for effective communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and well-developed soft skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Desirable experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or guiding junior team members.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
