Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of expertise in Product Design for web applications
* Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, supported by strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design explorations and delivered solutions
* Ability to autonomously drive design activities and produce outcomes within agreed timelines
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and share findings and recommendations
* Expertise with consumer-facing digital products, particularly AI and conversational interfaces, is considered a plus
* Fluent in English
* French language capability is considered a plus
