SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST - REMOTE (M/F/D)

Your new role:
• Act as an interface between Business, IT, and external implementation partners, supporting the Sub Project Lead
• Contribute to the discovery phase by analyzing existing MS Dynamics (SalesCore) processes and translating them into Salesforce solutions • Build a strong understanding of system landscapes, data flows, interfaces, and process dependencies
• Drive the design and alignment of business processes, use cases, and solution concepts within Salesforce
• Clarify functional and technical questions to ensure smooth project execution
• Promote the use of standard Salesforce functionality, ensuring scalable and sustainable solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions
What You Need to Succeed:
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM processes (Lead-to-Opportunity, Accounts, Sales lifecycle)
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Ability to create reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Understanding of Salesforce data management and security models
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps and Confluence / SharePoint
• Strong understanding of “configuration over customization” principles
• Experience working in discovery workshops and requirements engineering
