Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and live chat. Your role will involve delivering accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Handle customer inquiries, account requests, and basic troubleshooting tasks
- Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve customer concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions within internal systems
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues following company procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions
- Meet service quality standards and response time goals
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
