It Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

The Role: IT Delivery Manager Location: Lisbon Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there Mandatory Requirements (Non‐Negotiable) 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience; Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies; Hands‐on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools); ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery; Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross‐functional teams. Nice to have: PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM); Experience in enterprise-scale or cloud-based delivery environments. Responsibilities: Coordinate cross‐functional teams aligned with business objectives; Track progress, report status, and manage risks/issues proactively; Manage vendors and drive continuous delivery process improvements.
