Talent Acquisition Manager (H/F) - Freelance at Vroomly

Role Overview Talent Acquisition Manager – Freelance based in Lisbon. You will lead the recruitment function as the single point of contact for all hiring activities at Vroomly, driving performance, strategy, and employer brand across the French, Spanish, and Portuguese markets. Responsibilities Lead a team of two Talent Acquisition Specialists and two RPO partners; build, develop, and monitor the team's performance, capacity and skill set. Own the end‐to‐end recruitment cycle in France and Spain, ensuring speed, quality and a great candidate experience (Time‐to‐Hire, conversion rates, cNPS, quality of hire, sourcing efficiency). Develop and optimise the hiring machine: organisation, processes, tools, data dashboards, AI, and automation. Manage the employer brand strategy, EVP, talent‐partner relationships, event presence, and communication with marketing to increase the attractiveness of Vroomly to top talent. Plan and execute recruitment for the European expansion – identify local market needs, standardise best practices, and build the teams that will support the new Spanish market. Continuously evolve the Talent Acquisition function, proposing and testing new channels, automation, AI, metrics, and candidate‐experience improvements. Qualifications 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with proven management of a hiring machine in an international, high‐growth environment. Strong leadership, partnership with hiring managers, and a track record of operational excellence. Data‐driven decision making: experience with ATS, AI tools and data‐visualisation to inform hiring strategy. Strategic mindset and hands‐on ability to execute when required.
