- Formação Superior, preferencialmente em Recursos Humanos ou Psicologia - Importante para ter uma base sólida de conhecimentos na área e dar suporte adequado às funções de RH;
- Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office - Essencial para executar tarefas administrativas;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e gosto por funções de proximidade ao negócio- Fundamental para estabelecer boas relações com os colaboradores e com as equipas das lojas, promovendo um ambiente de colaboração;
- Carta de Condução e Disponibilidade para deslocações - Importante para garantir a presença e acompanhamento das equipas nas várias lojas da área geográfica atribuída.

- Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos de Recursos Humanos da Loja, ao nível administrativo, de recrutamento e seleção, formação, saúde e segurança no trabalho;
- Acompanhar o bem-estar das nossas equipas;
- Apoiar as lojas da sua área geográfica em todos os processos de gestão de pessoas.
