Procuramos um/a Project Manager para integrar a equipa de um importante cliente da área das Telecomunicações, em Lisboa ou Porto que consiga garantir o planeamento, acompanhamento e execução de projetos, assegurando o cumprimento de prazos, qualidade e alinhamento com os objetivos definidos, em articulação com diferentes equipas e stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
Planeamento & Organização
Apoiar no planeamento e estruturação de projetos
Definir timelines, prioridades e acompanhar o progresso das atividades
Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e objetivos definidos
Gestão de Projeto
Acompanhar a execução dos projetos, identificando riscos e desvios
Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho e evolução dos projetos
Comunicação & Stakeholders
Assegurar a comunicação entre equipas internas e stakeholders
Preparar e apresentar pontos de situação e reports
Garantir alinhamento contínuo entre as diferentes partes envolvidas
Melhoria Contínua
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos
Contribuir para a otimização de metodologias e formas de trabalho
Requisitos
Licenciatura em Gestão, Gestão de Projetos ou área similar
Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções de gestão ou acompanhamento de projetos
Competências de planeamento e organização
Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal
Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e compromisso
Perfil dinâmico, proativo e orientado a resultados
Capacidade de adaptação e trabalho em equipa
Formação ou cursos relevantes para a função (ex.: certificações ou cursos online)
Horário e Local
Horário: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h
Regime: Híbrido (2 dias presenciais)
Local: Parque das Nações (Lisboa) ou LACS Porto
