Tauche ein in die Welt des vernetzten Wohnens und unterstütze Kund*innen dabei, ihr Zuhause smarter, komfortabler und effizienter zu gestalten. Du wirst Teil eines weltweit führenden Tech-Unternehmens und hilfst User*innen bei der Einrichtung, Nutzung und Optimierung innovativer Smart-Home-Produkte.
Das kommt auf dich zu:
Du unterstützt Kund*innen über Telefon, EMail und Chat bei Fragen zu Smart-Home-Produkten wie z. B. smarten Lautsprechern, Displays, Thermostaten, Kameras oder Türsensoren
Du hilfst bei der Einrichtung von Geräten (z. B. WLAN-Verbindung herstellen, Geräte mit Apps verknüpfen)
Du erklärst Funktionen verständlich, z. B. wie Sprachsteuerung oder Automatisierungen im Alltag genutzt werden können
Du analysierst technische Probleme (z. B. Synchronisationsfehler) und findest passende Lösungen
Du stellst sicher, dass Kund*innen schnell und zuverlässig eine Lösung erhalten und zufrieden sind
Der Job ist perfekt für dich, wenn du
über muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse verfügst
fortgeschritten Englisch verstehst und sprichst (B2)
freundlich und kommunikativ gegenüber Kunden bist
es dir leicht fällt, technische Sachverhalte in einfacher Sprache zu erklären
Das kannst du erwarten:
Attraktiver Verdienst ab ca. 1.350 EUR brutto pro Monat sowie die Möglichkeit auf eine Provision, die von deiner Performance abhängt
Fester Arbeitsvertrag
Flexible Arbeitszeiten zwischen Montag und Sonntag in rotierenden Schichten zwischen 8.00 und 20.00 Uhr (5 Tage Woche)
Täglicher Essenszuschuss (in Form einer Gutscheinkarte)
Umfangreiche technische Schulung während der ersten Wochen
Ein mögliches Startdatum für diese Position ist Mitte Juni 2026.
