Customer Support Specialist - Operations Customer Expert (English Market)

About the Role Our client is an American AI research and deployment company recognized as a leader in generative AI technologies, focused on building advanced systems and language models. We are looking for an Operations Customer Expert to join our team in Lisbon, providing professional support to consumers and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers with billing and invoicing matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Account Support: Troubleshoot account access issues efficiently.
- Product Guidance: Guide, support, and train customers on how to use the client's products and platform features.
- Quality Excellence: Deliver high-quality service and timely, useful responses that exceed client expectations and quality scoring measures.
Work Schedule & Training
- Work Schedule: 8-hour daily shifts (40 hours/week) with a 1-hour lunch break. Operating 24/7 with schedules assigned across Day Shifts (07:00–22:00) or Night Shifts (22:00–07:00).
- Comprehensive Training: Includes a 15-working-day paid intensive training program (8 hours/day) covering software tools, client products, and customer management.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary with monthly installments of Holiday and Christmas bonuses.
- Paid Leave: 22 days of annual paid holiday plus compensation days for worked public holidays.
- Contract Details: Portuguese employment contract (12-month uncertain term with potential for permanent contract after 2 years).
- Work Environment: Modern office facilities in Lisbon.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Work Authorization: Must have valid legal right/authorization to work in Portugal/EU (No visa sponsorship provided by the client) .
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to troubleshoot technical and billing issues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in rotating shifts within a 24/7 environment.
