Senior Test Leadership Specialist - QA & Test Management

As a Senior Test Leadership Specialist – QA & Test Management , you will be working for our client, a leading company in the technology/QA sector. You will oversee and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring rigorous quality standards and delivering superior software solutions. Your expertise will help shape innovative testing strategies, foster team growth, and drive continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects to ensure the achievement of quality goals.
• Manage tools such as ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest to streamline test execution, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation aligned with ISTQB best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and report defects efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional development.
• Implement and optimize testing strategies to enhance coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing workflows and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and meet client expectations consistently.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or related fields.
• Strong expertise with ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest test tools.
• Knowledge of ISTQB testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
• Proven leadership skills in a senior testing or team lead role.
• Ability to manage testing activities in complex, dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (communicative) and French.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in ISTQB or related testing standards.
• Experience working in international or multi-cultural teams.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English (communicative level)
• Fluent in French
