We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon on a contract basis. As an IT Support Specialist you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients ensuring their computer systems and software are running efficiently. This role requires strong problem‐solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks. Create documentation for common technical issues and solutions. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications. Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proven problem‐solving skills with attention to detail. Contract Details This is a contract position with a salary of $1,500 per month.
