Senior Network & Telecom Support Engineer - Data & VoIP Infrastructure

As a Senior Network & Telecom Support Engineer – Data & VoIP Infrastructure , you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution, supporting critical connectivity services vital for banking operations across Europe. Join a dynamic team shaping resilient telecom infrastructure and drive technological excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage incidents affecting the bank's network and telephony infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service continuity.
• Provide technical support to various bank departments, including SNI, Business Teams, MOA, and Logistics.
• Define telecom infrastructure evolutions and support capacity planning initiatives.
• Oversee and challenge telecom providers, including Orange and CAGIP, ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Handle daily subcontracting management with Orange, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor and improve network service quality through vigilant monitoring solutions.
• Coordinate between business units and providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead technical implementations with OBS and subcontractors, managing multiple domains such as data networks, WiFi/VoWiFi, and TOIP.
• Manage assigned Network & Mobility projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
• Maintain operational readiness of the LCL network infrastructure by conducting regular assessments and updates.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in network and telecom support within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in TCP/IP networks, VoWiFi, WAN/LAN, and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with Alcatel Softphony and Apple Mobile Devices.
• Proficiency with Cisco WiFi and Alcatel Routers/Switches.
• Exceptional project management and supplier management skills at Level 3.
• Proven ability to support client operations at Level 4 and manage technical documentation effectively.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in network infrastructure or telecom support.
• Experience with security assessments, project design, and organizational planning.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and French, with good command of both languages.
