The Invoicing Agent will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes within the accounting and finance department of a company in the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and approvals for invoicing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client accounts and payment statuses.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing and invoicing.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment details.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company standards.
• Contribute to process improvements within the invoicing function.

Profile

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in invoicing software and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local tax and regulatory requirements in Algés.
