Job Description

As a Workplace L3 Specialist , you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.

Working as a Level 3 expert, you will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams to deliver robust and efficient workplace solutions.

• Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments
• Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions
• Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell
• Manage and optimize security and compliance policies
• Provide advanced L3 support and resolve complex incidents
• Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace services and user experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune , SCCM/MECM , Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) , Active Directory , and GPOs .
• Solid experience managing Windows and macOS environments, including JAMF Pro .
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security , compliance, and device management.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• Fluent English and good level of  French .
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
