URGENT HIRING! Job Title: Operations Customer Expert (Spanish + English) Location: Onsite Lisbon, Portugal Project: Customer Support for Payment Solutions Project Are you passionate about helping others and resolving inquiries? We are looking for a motivated, Spanish-speaking professional with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. Your Mission You'll be part of a dedicated Customer Service team, responsible for: Handling incoming inquiries from business clients regarding their payment solutions. Providing clear accurate information and guiding customers through technical or account processes via phone and email. Understanding each customer's specific needs and offering efficient, tailored solutions. Meeting quality and performance KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensuring an excellent service experience to maintain high customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Fluent Spanish speaker (C2 level or higher). Good command of English (B2 level minimum). Previous experience in Customer Service or technical support (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with performance targets and CRM systems. Available to work full-time in rotating shifts. Schedule Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
