Em Portugal, contamos com 270 postos de colheita e colaboramos com parceiros de referência como Hospital da Luz, Hospital Lusíadas e Fundação Champalimaud, onde as nossas equipas atuam em ambiente hospitalar, de norte a sul do país e ilhas. Sobre a Função Procuramos um(a) IT Project Manager com experiência comprovada no setor da saúde e conhecimento de soluções tecnológicas utilizadas em hospitais, clínicas, laboratórios ou redes de cuidados de saúde. O profissional será responsável pela gestão de projetos de implementação e evolução de sistemas de informação, assegurando a recolha, análise e tradução de requisitos funcionais em soluções que respondam às necessidades do negócio e dos utilizadores finais. A experiência em empresas de integradores ou fornecedores de software para a área da saúde será altamente valorizada. Perfil ideal Profissional com forte experiência funcional no setor da saúde, capaz de atuar como ponte entre equipas clínicas, áreas de negócio e equipas técnicas, garantindo que as soluções tecnológicas implementadas respondam efetivamente às necessidades operacionais e estratégicas da organização. Principais Responsabilidades Liderar projetos de implementação, integração e evolução de sistemas de informação na área da saúde. Recolher, analisar, documentar e validar requisitos funcionais junto de stakeholders clínicos e administrativos. Traduzir necessidades de negócio em especificações funcionais detalhadas. Coordenar equipas multidisciplinares internas e externas, incluindo equipas técnicas, utilizadores de negócio e fornecedores. Gerir o ciclo completo dos projetos, desde a fase de levantamento de requisitos até à entrada em produção e suporte pós-go-live. Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, orçamento, âmbito e qualidade dos projetos. Monitorizar riscos, dependências e planos de mitigação. Produzir documentação funcional, mapas de processos, casos de uso e procedimentos operacionais. Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e otimização de processos clínicos e administrativos. Garantir conformidade com requisitos regulamentares e de proteção de dados aplicáveis ao setor da saúde. Requisitos Formação Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão, Engenharia Biomédica ou área similar. Experiência Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos de IT. Experiência relevante no setor da saúde. Participação em projetos de implementação de software clínico, hospitalar ou laboratorial. Experiência em levantamento e gestão de requisitos funcionais. Experiência de contacto direto com utilizadores clínicos e equipas operacionais.
