Tenders Specialist

The position holder will be responsible for the preparation of the submissions of tenders for Accord and will be in close contact with the key account managers, our logistic team and the Country Manager. Specific Job Responsibilities The candidate will support the commercial team for participating to national tenders following a public procurement procedure. He/she will be responsible for assisting the different teams with the full tender process. Analysis and preparation of tender documents Submit documentation for internal approval (TAN) and follow up Tenders submission Communicate to customers information on our products Be the link between the customer and logistics Take the calls of our customers and answer their questions The Role Customer Focus – Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
