Solution Architect - IAM/CIAM & Identity Platforms

What you need to join us:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Define the CIAM architecture to support authentication, authorisation, identity management, and integration with multiple platforms.
• Make technical decisions regarding the design of authentication flows, federated identity, SSO, MFA, and session management.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, privacy regulations, and legal requirements (e.g. GDPR).
• Work closely with development, security, infrastructure, and product teams.
• Produce architectural documentation, technical standards, and integration guidelines.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose continuous improvements to the CIAM architecture.
• Lead the evolution of the CIAM architecture to support new use cases and future applications.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect in IAM/CIAM projects.
• Knowledge of ForgeRock AM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and/or JWT.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform and authentication mechanisms.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API integration.
• Strong understanding of identity security, access governance, and data protection.
• Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure,...) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of CIAM for both B2B and B2C contexts.

Certifications (valued)

• Certifications in ForgeRock, Salesforce Architect, MuleSoft…

Location: Porto

Work Model: Hybrid (2x per week in the office)
