Who Were Looking For Academic Background: PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields. Technical Expertise: Proficiency with advanced techniques such as digital image correlation (at various scales), nanoindentation, and fiber push-out testing. Experience: Demonstrated knowledge in testing polymer composite materials and developing analytical models. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective team management and leadership abilities. Fluent communication in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
