As a Senior Data Science Team Lead, you will be working for our client , a forward-thinking company dedicated to harnessing data and AI to transform business operations. You will lead a talented team of 13 specialists, setting best practices, advancing AI adoption, and delivering impactful Power BI solutions. This role offers a unique chance to shape data-driven futures and elevate your career in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and technically guide a team of 13 data science and analytics professionals, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
- Drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions across projects, fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and data science models, ensuring high quality and impactful insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence within the team.
- Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, data science, and BI tools to continuously enhance the team's skill set.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience in leading technical teams, ideally in AI and data-driven projects.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Experience implementing data science solutions within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluent level.
- Ability to work eligible within Europe.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Certifications in data science, AI, or leadership.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of additional BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English.
