Join Our Team We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our growing project delivery team and play a key role in delivering some of Europe's most complex and high-profile data centre construction projects . As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all site logistics activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. Working alongside Project Directors, Construction Managers, Procurement, Commercial, Design and EHS teams, you will help drive seamless site operations while supporting the successful delivery of technically demanding, fast-paced projects. What You'll Be Doing Strategic Logistics Planning Develop and implement the Project Logistics Execution Plan (LEP) to support construction sequencing and key project milestones. Plan and coordinate site logistics, including: Site access and delivery routes ,traffic management plans, crane locations and lifting strategies ,laydown and storage areas ,welfare facilities and temporary works and site flow and logistics optimisation Collaborate with Construction Managers, Design teams and Temporary Works Coordinators to ensure logistics plans support safe and efficient project delivery. Data Centre Project Logistics Coordinate logistics for large-scale, technically complex data centre projects. Manage the delivery and movement of: Generators, chillers, transformers, switchgear, prefabricated and modular components ,structural steel ,CSA materials and sensitive equipment requiring specialist handling. Coordinate just-in-time deliveries to support construction sequencing. Work closely with Procurement to ensure delivery schedules align with project readiness. Manage logistics challenges including restricted site access, high delivery volumes, strict safety requirements and multiple stakeholder interfaces. Site Operations Lead daily site logistics activities, including: Delivery scheduling, gate management and traffic control ,material storage and laydown ,vehicle movements ,lifting operations and crane utilisation. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with logistics procedures. Monitor site congestion and proactively implement solutions to maintain safe and efficient operations. Communicate logistics risks and constraints to the wider project team. Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of coordination between: Project and Construction Management teams Procurement and Commercial teams EHS professionals Local authorities Supply chain partners Logistics subcontractors You'll lead logistics coordination meetings, ensure all stakeholders understand site logistics procedures and support effective coordination across multiple trades. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations, project safety plans and company standards. Support risk assessments and method statements for logistics operations. Promote best practices in: Traffic management ,lifting operations ,material handling,temporary works interfaces. Champion a strong safety culture across all logistics activities. Project Delivery Support overall construction sequencing and project delivery through effective logistics planning. Identify potential logistics risks and develop practical mitigation strategies. Coordinate long-lead deliveries and major equipment installations. Remove logistical barriers that could impact programme, productivity or safety. What We're Looking For Essential Experience Proven experience as a Logistics Manager , Site Logistics Manager , or in a similar role on major construction projects across Europe. Strong experience delivering logistics for data centre projects or other technically complex construction environments. Experience working for a main contractor or general contractor. Demonstrated success managing high-volume delivery schedules and complex site logistics. Experience operating within live, restricted or highly constrained construction environments.
