Your New Role

As a Salesforce Solution Consultant / Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Supporting solution design activities aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Acting as a key liaison between Product Owners, Architects and Delivery teams.
• Contributing to backlog management, user acceptance testing and adoption initiatives.
• Supporting global transformation projects within an Agile delivery environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst or Solution Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and backlog management practices.
• Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation and workshop-leading skills.
• Experience working within international and complex programme environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and contract-related business processes would be advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise systems would be beneficial.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes is considered a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
