IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Lead Critical Infrastructure Projects in a Complex Technology Environment Are you an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering complex technology initiatives? We are recruiting for a leading organization seeking a professional to manage strategic infrastructure projects across Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security, and Business Continuity , ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Location: Lisbon (On-site) Type: Permanent Contract Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across systems, networks, telecommunications, security, and business areas Manage project plans, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with governance, security, business continuity, and change management processes Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management Support decision-making by identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement Ensure proper project documentation, asset management, and CMDB updates Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are achieved What We're Looking For Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of Systems, Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security, and Business Continuity Experience with ITIL and Change Management processes Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability Fluency in English Fluency in Portuguese Nice to Have PMP certification Experience in regulated environments Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks Knowledge of Spanish Exposure to infrastructure modernization and transformation projects What You'll Get Opportunity to lead strategic infrastructure projects with significant business impact Challenging and dynamic technology environment Collaboration with key business and technical stakeholders Professional growth and career development opportunities Long-term career opportunity within a stable and evolving organization If you are looking for an opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects and contribute to critical technology initiatives, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
