Talent Acquisition Specialist (Portugal)

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Portugal)
Location: Remote work (Coimbra area, Figueira da Foz between Porto and Lisbon)
Contract type: B2B
Start date: Immediately
About this role:
This is a new position created specifically for the Portuguese market, as part of supporting our newly developing operations in Portugal. The person in this role will work in close cooperation with the local Project Manager as well as the central Recruitment Team in Poland.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing recruitment processes for operational and specialist roles
- Building and developing a candidate database and professional network
- Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Providing administrative support related to HR and personnel documentation
- Actively contributing to Employer Branding initiatives and marketing strategy execution
- Conducting onboarding for new employees Ensuring effective internal communication and supporting a positive organizational culture
- Co-creating and improving internal HR processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience with technical or energy sector roles
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Independence, accountability, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
