We are looking for English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international project in Lisbon, Portugal.
This opportunity can be a great starting point for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain international BPO experience, strengthen their communication and problem-solving skills, and build a solid foundation for future career growth.
What You Will Do
As part of an international customer support team, you will:
- Assist English-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer questions and requests professionally
- Resolve account-related and general customer support issues
- Provide accurate information and guidance
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural team
What We Are Looking For
- English C1
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and willing to help others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work full-time with rotating shifts
- Willing to work on-site in Lisbon
- Fresh graduates and candidates at the beginning of their careers are welcome to apply
