International Business Development Manager Life Sciences

En tant que Business Development Manager pour le secteur des Life Sciences, vous contribuerez au développement et au déploiement de services de conseils transnationaux au profit de notre clientèle européenne du secteur de la santé.
Vous évoluerez selon une double dimension :
- En accompagnant les Business Managers des différentes entités ALTEN LIFE SCIENCES en Europe dans l’identification d’opportunités, la construction d’offres technico-économiques, la mobilisation des expertises et le pilotage contractuel en phase d’exécution.
- En développant de manière autonome une clientèle complémentaire dont vous gérerez de bout en bout la relation commerciale et contractuelle
Principales responsabilités
Développement commercial
- Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans le secteur des Life Sciences (Pharmaceutique, Biotechnologies, MedTech) sur les marchés européens.
Conception de solutions internationales
- Concevoir des modèles de delivery transnationaux mobilisant les expertises et capacités du Groupe ALTEN à l'échelle internationale.
- Accompagner les clients dans la structuration de solutions adaptées à leurs besoins opérationnels et stratégiques.
Développement des synergies au sein du Groupe
- Accompagner les Business Managers dans la construction et le déploiement d'offres internationales.
- Favoriser le partage des bonnes pratiques, des méthodologies et des solutions réutilisables.
- Contribuer au développement d'une approche harmonisée des modèles de delivery au sein du Groupe.
Gestion d'activité
- Piloter la performance économique des prestations engagées
- Contribuer à la croissance durable de l'activité.
- Supervision la performance technique de nos engagements et la satisfaction client
Profil recherché
- Expérience technique dans le secteur du conseil, dans le domaine de la production pharmaceutique
- Diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+5) en ingénierie, sciences de la vie, pharmacie, biotechnologies ou discipline scientifique équivalente.
- Français et anglais courant indispensable.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et de gestion des parties prenantes.
- Forte orientation business et esprit analytique.
- Disposé à voyager 25-30% en Europe.
