About the job

• The Budget Monitoring Coordinator is in charge of the budget and costs coverage, reporting and management of the cost's efficiency and definition of the budget planning

Your Main Activities Are

• Monitor of invoicing process for a dedicated scope within the IT Payment Services (ITPS) department
• Control the consistency of actuals for the project portfolio in relationship with the managers
• Drive the budget monthly review
• Formalize the synthesis of budget highlights and key points
• Collect, control and update resource plans with domain managers
• Collect, control and update reference documentation for notified budget and reforecasts
• Organize the budget communication with digital supports for a dedicated scope within the ITPS department
• Actively participate to the governance with transformation office team
• Manage alerts and budget issues

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in IT and/or Client Management
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Client focused
• Analytical ability
