A função de Courier está inserida no departamento de Operações, com reporte direto ao Lead Courier & OPS Support e é responsável por garantir a realização de recolhas/pick-ups e entregas de acordo com os standards de Serviço DHL e os procedimentos Global SOP, bem como a disponibilização da informação relacionadas com a atividade de PuD.
O departamento de Operações é responsável pela recolha e processamento de envios DHL e respetiva ligação aos HUBs Europeus e aos terminais nacionais.
Principais Responsabilidades:
OPS Pick-up/Outbound e OPS Delivery/Inbound
- Recolher todos os envios atribuídos, respeitando as normas de segurança e os procedimentos operacionais GSOP
- Verificar o material / envios dos Clientes, aquando da recolha dos mesmos e confirmar a demais informação relevante
- Utilizar eficazmente a scanner/pistola laser (ou similares)
- Ler sempre todos os envios atribuídos à sua volta e registar os incidentes de serviço, com os check points adequados previstos no GSOP
- Garantir os melhores níveis de atendimento aos clientes, aquando das recolhas ou entregas de envios
- Elaborar nos prazos, os relatórios operacionais aplicáveis à atividade
- Conduzir respeitando as regras de segurança, e em caso de acidente durante o horário normal de trabalho, reportá-lo de imediato aos superiores hierárquicos Apoiar o sorting no Service Center, quando solicitado
- Monitorizar e reportar de imediato novas oportunidades de negócio (sales lead) para a DHL, como por exemplo a abertura de empresas em novas moradas ou verificação do volume de serviço prestado pela concorrência em Clientes da DHL, informando proactivamente os seus superiores .
Requisitos :
- 12.º ano (preferencial), mínimo: 11º ano de escolaridade
- Experiência prévia em serviços de entregas e recolhas como Estafeta (preferencial)
- Carta de condução no mínimo 2 anos
- Conhecimento da zona geográfica de atuação
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês e português
- Conhecimentos do Office 365
- Facilidade de comunicação e expressão oral
- Orientação para o atingimento de resultados
- Capacidade de entreajuda e cooperação
