Construímos software de gestão para construção e indústria. Hoje o Enki (gestão de obra), em breve o Domio (gestão de manutenção), a seguir produção e transformação digital. O que interessa aqui é o resultado que a ferramenta dá em obra — todos os dias. Procuramos alguém que entre como SDR e cresça para Business Developer . O desafio Gerar oportunidades via prospeção outbound (email, LinkedIn, telefone) Contactar decisores (diretores de obra, orçamentistas, direção) Qualificar com critério, agendar reuniões com potencial real A lista de contactos, o primeiro "olá", a reunião marcada — sais tu a construir, do zero, dia após dia. Sem atalhos, sem leads à espera na caixa de entrada. O percurso Fase 1 — SDR: prospeção, qualificação, agendamento Fase 2 — Business Developer: conduzes também até ao fecho, mediante resultados Consistência abre a porta ao passo seguinte. Experiência outbound preferencial, não obrigatória Confortável ao telefone e no contacto direto Resiliência — um "não" não te tira o ritmo seguinte Medes-te pelo que fecha, não pelo que fazes Ambição de evoluir para função de fecho Não é para ti se Precisas de leads já preparados p/ arrancar Marcar uma chamada fria te bloqueia Um "não" te faz baixar o ritmo por dias Condições Fixo + variável, objetivos claros desde o dia 1 Trabalho presencial, com alguma flexibilidade Condições revistas na passagem a Business Developer Quem entrega mais, sobe mais depressa — sem espera por tempo de casa Se olhas p/ uma empresa e vês negócio por explorar, e um dia queres ser tu a levar o negócio até à assinatura — fala connosco. #J-18808-Ljbffr
