PROCUREMENT MANAGER (M/F/D)

A multinational company is looking for an experienced Procurement Center of Excellence Manager to join its international operations team.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing centralized procurement operations, leading a high-performing team, and driving process excellence across multiple business units. This role combines operational leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on governance, efficiency, and financial performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a Procurement Operations team
• Overseeing end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes and related activities
• Driving process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring service performance through KPIs and operational metrics
• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, controls, and governance frameworks
• Managing relationships with internal stakeholders across different regions
• Supporting the transition and integration of procurement activities into a centralized model
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Enhancing financial controls, process accuracy, and reporting quality
• Supporting budgetary objectives through process excellence and procurement best practices
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic procurement initiatives

What You Need to Be Successful

• Previous experience in Procurement leadership within an international environment
• Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay processes and procurement operations
• Experience driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of controls, performance metrics, and cost optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and/or JDE is considered an advantage
• Fluent English
• A proactive, strategic, and results-driven approach
