Key Accountabilities Support the engineering team in building, automating and maintaining development and production environments. Assist in implementing and maintaining automation tools for software development and infrastructure management. Support the design and execution of secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production environments. Help manage and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery. Contribute to documenting DevOps processes, tools and best practices. Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability and capacity. Assist in troubleshooting issues across development, testing and production environments. Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve workflows and deployment efficiency. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute ideas for scalable and reliable systems. Help automate repetitive tasks and optimise existing scripts and processes. Review and update technical documentation as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. Basic understanding of Linux & Windows operating systems. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS). Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitLab, GitHub or Jenkins. Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell. Understanding of containerisation technologies such as Docker. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
