Senior B2B Account Manager

Responsibilities Identify, map and actively acquire new corporate (B2B) accounts, with a strong focus on opening new opportunities in the market. Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial contact (cold calling/mailing, strategic meetings) through negotiation and final contract closing. Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that effectively address each client's specific needs. Manage the sales pipeline independently and strategically, ensuring a strong results orientation and continuous growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment, excellence, and successful delivery of client services. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and in closing significant commercial contracts. Strong target orientation, proactive prospecting, and the ability to engage with C-level decision-makers. Excellent consultative negotiation skills, resilience, and a strong focus on problem-solving. Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). Existing client portfolio or an active professional network in the corporate market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
