Deine Mission:
Kundenbetreuung: Du beantwortest alle Fragen rund um PlayStation – und das hauptsächlich per Chat & E-Mail .
Technischer Support: Du hilfst Kunden bei der Installation, Synchronisation & Nutzung von PlayStation-Produkten .
Kaufberatung: Du unterstützt Kunden beim Kauf von PlayStation-Geräten & digitalen Inhalten.
Perfekt für dich, wenn du:
✔ Muttersprachlich Deutsch sprichst und Englisch (B2+) verstehst – für die Schulung & den täglichen Support.
✔ Kommunikativ & kundenorientiert bist – du kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären.
✔ Motiviert bist, für mindestens 12 Monate in Lissabon zu leben und zu arbeiten.
✔ Gaming liebst und für die Welt von PlayStation brennst!
