Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer support and help clients with their requests
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell banking products and services
• Carry out outbound campaigns to existing customers, presenting relevant offers
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
• Accurately record customer interactions in line with internal guidelines

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills:  Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
