What you’ll do

• Lead the development and optimisation of web and mobile applications for Digital Channels using React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js;
• Design and implement advanced rendering strategies: Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Client-Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR);
• Drive adoption of multi-frontend architectures or micro-frontends;
• Integrate solutions with headless CMS platforms (experience with Contentful is a strong advantage);
• Ensure web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices across all deliverables;
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and code reviews;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, Node.js, and Next.js;
• Deep understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR);
• Proven experience with micro-frontends and scalable architectures;
• Familiarity with headless CMS integration (Contentful is a plus);
• Expertise in web performance, accessibility, and SEO optimisation;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to make critical decisions;
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments;
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities;
• Continuous improvement mindset and experience in agile methodologies;
• Fluent in English.
