Responsibilities*** **Manage end-to-end invoice processing and payment operations*** **Review and post invoices, ensuring accurate coding and VAT treatment*** **Monitor invoice approval workflows and ensure compliance with internal controls*** **Overview payment file transmission*** **Support closing activities through accurate invoice recording and reconciliations*** **Execute and monitor fund and intercompany transactions*** **Maintain accurate vendor, fund and SPV master data*** **Manage bank accounts, banking platforms, and user access rights****Experience*** **Sound background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.*** **Around 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or similar roles.*** **Knowledge of accounts payable processes, VAT treatment, and internal controls*** **Experience with Yardi or similar fund accounting systems.*** **Strong Excel skills and solid command of Microsoft Office.*** **Good professional English communication skills.*** **Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work proactively in an international environment.****Swiss Life Asset Managers We are a leading European asset manager and institutional real estate asset manager with multiple locations in Europe.
