About the job Italian Content Moderator (Porto) Location: Porto, Portugal Schedule: Rotative Shifts (24/7 coverage, 2 days off per week) 07:00 - 16:00 14: - 23:00 22:30 - 07:30 (on-site 100%) Base Salary: 1000EUR per 14 months Language Bonus: 200 EUR per 12 months Meal Allowance (net): 1,837 EUR per year 14 000 EUR (base salary) + 2 400 EUR (language compliment) + 1,837 EUR (meal allowance) = 18 237 EUR annually gross Relocation Package: Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 EUR in Economy class Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip) Qualifications: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Effective communication skills in Italian (C1) and English (B2), both written and verbal Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment Tolerance for repetitive tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Patience and professionalism in customer interactions Flexibility in work schedule Associate degree in a related field preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience Type of Contract: Permanent Contract Tasks: Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright issues Reviewing and updating content on a popular social media platform Auditing content for social media uploadsEnsuring services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintaining knowledge of client products and services Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines Ensuring customer data protection and compliance processes Why Join Us: Join a dynamic team in a global company committed to excellence in content moderation and customer service.
