Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist , you will be a key contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and requests related to coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and available services.

You will provide support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels , ensuring customers receive accurate information, practical solutions, and a smooth experience at every stage of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and general product or service information.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and relevant services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, company policies, and customer service procedures through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
