Local Case Intake Advisor, GBS Patient Safety

AstraZeneca seeks a Local Case Intake Advisor for its Global Business Services Patient Safety team in Lisbon, supporting Hungarian operations on a one-year fixed-term contract. The role involves managing adverse event reports, ensuring pharmacovigilance compliance, and liaising between local and global safety teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage intake and processing of Individual Case Safety Reports from post-marketed sources
- Support Health Authority interactions and resolve safety case queries
- Review, assess, and distribute safety data per regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures
- Contribute to Quality Management Systems activities including audit readiness
- Perform data reconciliations and literature searches to ensure pharmacovigilance accuracy
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and health authority regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies
